The International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) is offering a temporary option for remote auditing to its International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) and International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) organizations in the light of the social distancing policies to mitigate COVID-19 risks from personal contact with auditors, operators and handlers.
The remote auditing option is immediately effective for IS-BAO and IS-BAH registration audits through 31 August 2020 and allows a remote auditing for operators and handlers which their registration is about to expire. The IBAC audit review processes and policies are unaffected and the review processes will be performed virtually online.
